All our products are stored as close as possible to the consumer. Orders are delivered within 2 to 5 days.

Returns & Exchanges:

Please, be informed that to get a full refund :

  • the product doesn’t have to be opened from the packaging nor the plastic which protects the product.
  • the order has to be passed less than 14 days ago.
  • the cost of returning a non-defective product is to be borne by the customer


Order cancellation policy :

We pride ourselves on our ability to be able to quickly process all orders that are placed on our site. Most orders are processed within 1 hour. If you wish to cancel your order or to modify it, for any reason, please email us at as soon as possible. After your purchase, you have 30 minutes to ask for a modification or a cancelation. We will ask you to send the product back to us after reception otherwise.


The vast majority of items in stock are processed and/or dispatched within 1 hour, it is imperative that you contact us 30 minutes maximum after the purchase, so that we can attempt to cancel your order before it is processed and/or dispatched.

No request to cancel your order can be taken into account if it has already been processed.


Address errors :

It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of this address and to contact us very quickly to inform us of a change. This can only be done if your order has not yet been processed.

We cannot be held responsible for incorrect shipping information. We are also not responsible for refused or undeliverable orders (inaccessible addresses, incomplete addresses…).

In the latter cases, these packages can be returned to us, but not always.

If your order is returned to the sender, we will offer you a refund of your order deducted from the shipping costs or we will offer you a reshipment, depending on your choice. Please contact us for more details :
