Exchanges / Refunds / Replacements

If you are within the 14 day return period we offer you 3 options:

1. Exchange your item for a different pack

    The exchange of a different product is strictly not allowed. We recommend that you return your original item for a refund and then place a new order for the product you want.

    2. Refund details and vouchers

    You will receive a refund on the method of payment used at the time of your purchase. And the return costs will be at your expense if you want to return the product without any specific reason. Orders exchanged due to the manufacturer’s defect will be in charge of the seller.

    Discount codes or vouchers cannot be reissued and are not refundable.

    3. Replacement of an incorrect or defective item

    We are really sorry! Please send us an email to contact@cleanywaves.com with the following details:

    1. Your order number
    2. Description of the problem (for example, wrong / defective item)
    3. A photo or a video

    How long does it take to get a refund?

    Typically, refunds can take up to 14 days to be processed. All refunds must be checked for authenticity and submitted to our accounting department for processing.

    How to return an item ?

    • After contacting us, we will send you a link to apply for the return.
    • Please fill the form on this link as accurately as possible and send your item with this form to the return address we will give you at the end of the process.

    Late or missing refunds:

    • Check your bank account
    • Contact your bank
    • Processing time usually takes 3-5 business days

    Delivery :

    The customer is responsible for paying his own shipping costs for the return of an item if the item is not defective. If you receive a refund, it will match the amount you paid. If you have notified you want a refund, you will receive exactly what you paid for the product.

     

    Warning :

    If you are shipping items worth more than £50, we strongly suggest that you send the product back to us with a tracking number.

    In the case of the product is not defective / damaged, please, be informed that to get a full refund :

    • the product doesn’t have to be opened from the packaging nor the plastic which protects the product.
    • the order has to be passed less than 14 days ago.
    • the cost of returning a non-defective product is to be borne by the customer
